Quality Assurance Procedures Kit

The College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan has the QA Procedures kits available to ensure Quality Assurance. The cost for a QA kit for conventional film is $60 (GST included). The cost for the QA kit for digital imaging is $50 (GST included). QA kits will be shipped on receipt of payment. ORDER FORM FOR KIT
