This plaque lists all SDAA Presidents since the inception of the organization in 1958.

Is awarded to each president as they complete their term.

May be presented to any active member who has provided meritorious service to the Association and has made an outstanding contribution to the Association is eligible.

May be conferred upon any person who has distinguished themselves in the dental profession, the allied sciences, or any other socially valuable activity and who has allied in promoting the welfare of the dental assistant.

May be conferred upon any active member who promotes the ideals of the SDAA and has made an outstanding contribution to the field of dental assisting, the association or the community at large.

May be conferred upon any individual who strives for strength of character and integrity, promotes a national vision, promotes and supports lifelong learning, has held a position on the SDAA board or council, has participated on an SDAA committee, has held a dental assistant licence in Saskatchewan for a minimum of 5 years and holds national certification or the NDAEB certificate.

will be presented annually to an active member of the Saskatchewan Dental Assistants’ Association, this award recognizes a member who has served to promote the practice of dental assisting, has outstanding leadership and exceptional mentorship abilities. This member has proven their abilities within the Association OR within their own place of employment and within their community.

presented to a dental assistant that has been a member of the dental assisting profession for at least 25 years and held a minimum of 25 years of licensure as an RDA.

is awarded for involvement in the association at various levels.
